Robinson's (WITHNAIL & I) THE RUM DIARY stars Johnny Depp as a freelance journalist named Paul Kemp, who's at something of a crossroads in life.
Fed up with New York, he relocates to the Caribbean and starts working for a rundown newspaper. Struggling to carve out a niche for himself, he hits the bottle and begins lusting after the fiancée (Heard, ZOMBIELAND) of a wealthy businessman (Eckhart, THE DARK KNIGHT), scribing a haphazard journal of his encounters.
