United States 2010, 98 mins
Director: Sofia Coppola
Starring: Stephen Dorff, Benicio Del Toro, Elle Fanning, Michelle Monaghan

With SOMEWHERE, Sofia Coppola (LOST IN TRANSLATION) returns to more familiar territory following the mixed reception of her ambitious 2006 period drama MARIE ANTOINETTE.

Starring Stephen Dorff (PUBLIC ENEMIES) as unruly Hollywood actor Johnny Marco, the film is a bittersweet drama about the pressures of life lived under the spotlight. While wallowing in a pool of misery and self-loathing in his Chateau Marmont retreat, Marco is tracked down by his estranged eleven-year-old daughter, Cleo (Fanning, THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON), who forces him to reassess his priorities and playboy lifestyle.

Winner of the Golden Lion at the Venice International Film Festival, SOMEWHERE is one of 2010's most anticipated independent releases.
