A Tribe Called Quest fan Michael Rapaport's acclaimed documentary charts the influential hip-hop group's rise to fame through to its sudden breakup in 1998, and follows them on their 2008 tour as they reunite to perform to sold-out crowds across America.

The film features all-new interviews with fans and musicians including the Beastie Boys, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Mos Def, Monie Love, Ghostface Killah, De la Soul, the Jungle Brothers and Common. It also features an original soundtrack by Madlib as well as extensive interviews with the band members themselves: Q-Tip, Phife Dawg, Jarobi White and Ali Shaheed Muhammad.
