Rapture has come home to Stratford Picturehouse to host the sensational new film club for faith and family-friendly audiences. We screen (and often premiere) inspirational, feel-good Hollywood productions that often do not get a wide release in the UK. This highly enjoyable event is preceded by entertainment including music (e.g. Mobo Award Winner Victizzle), spoken word in the bar and then rounded up by an after film discussion with special guests from the world of faith, art, culture and comedy e.g. Jimmy Akingbola (Holby City), Tameka Empson (Eastenders) and Wil Johnson (Waking the Dead). We are especially noted for previewing Tyler Perry films such as For Colored Girls.
