Both having played at numerous venues and festivals around the World, and with SS with various releases to their name, the most recent being 'The Bamana Project' (Round In Motion records), an intoxicating Afro/Funk/Dub/Psychedelic brew.
Simo Lagnawi is the leading UK player of the Guembri - a traditional lute-like stringed instrument made from camel skin.
With a mesmeric voice and dance moves to match he is a charismatic and engaging performer, swiftly gathering fans since his move from Morocco to the UK 3 years ago.
