Synopsis

After a night of drinking and conversation at their local pub, a group of friends find themselves thrown into a battle against hellbent zombies.

From the team that brought us cult TV favourite Spaced and police comedy hit HOT FUZZ, SHAUN OF THE DEAD's wit, vitality and sheer originality was a shot in the arm to the British film industry.

Unlike other vehicles for comedians making that tricky transition to the big screen (no names need mentioning), SHAUN OF THE DEAD is genuinely funny thanks to its deft script, barmy but endearing characterisation and likeable performances.

Pegg and Frost are as watchable as ever and there's bewitching support from Lucy Davis (The Office) and the suave, rarely less than brilliant Bill Nighy (LOVE ACTUALLY).
