Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) is Arthur Kipps, a young London lawyer who travels to a remote English village to straighten out the legal affairs of recently departed Alice Drablow. But this is a place of terrible evils, with missing children and suicide rife amongst the terrified locals.
With a chilly, unsettling atmosphere and exquisite period detail, THE WOMAN IN BLACK is the year's first essential horror. One for all cinema lovers, but not necessarily the faint of heart.
