This page explains our facilities for people with disabilities and is intended to assist you in planning your visit.
ADVANCE BOOKING
is always a good idea so that our staff can readily provide assistance if required. Accompanying carers are eligible for a free ticket. We will be pleased to reserve seats in any particular part of the auditorium whenever possible, if you contact us in advance.
CUSTOMERS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY
All the screens and the toilets are on the first floor. There is lift access from the ground floor foyer to the first floor.
There is an adapted toilet at the cinema for the use of customers using wheelchairs.
There is no parking at the cinema but the cinema is next to the Waitrose car park which includes disabled spaces.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED CUSTOMERS
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Alternatively your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance. We will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.
We will provide large print film schedules on request.
