Synopsis

Billed as 'the female HANGOVER', BRIDESMAIDS is a sharply humoured anti-romcom from director Feig (30 Rock, The Office) and producer Judd Apatow (KNOCKED UP).

After her best friend Lillian (Rudolph, GROWN UPS) sets a date for her Big Day, Annie (Wiig, PAUL) finds herself overwhelmed by her bridesmaid's duties.

With high expectations for the hen party, Annie gets an oddball group of gal pals together for a messy weekend in Vegas.

With her own life's shortfalls brought into view, Annie is determined to send off Lillian in style, and is ready to blag and bluff her way through any scenario in order to make this a trip neither the bridesmaids nor bride-to-be will ever forget.

Flipping the chick flick on its head, BRIDESMAIDS is set to be one of 2011's smash comedies.
