This page explains the current facilities for people with disabilities and is intended to assist you in planning your visit.
is always a good idea so that our staff can readily provide assistance if required. Accompanying carers are eligible for a free ticket. We will be pleased to reserve wheelchair spaces or seats in any particular part of the auditorium if this is helpful. Please contact us in advance.
CUSTOMERS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY
All areas of the cinema are accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. A lift gives access to both auditoria, which are on the first floor.
We have low level counters at the kiosk for the convenience of wheelchair users.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED CUSTOMERS
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Alternatively your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.
Our stair rails have bumps underneath to indicate the number of steps approaching each level. Three bumps mean that you are on the third step from the landing, two bumps that you are on the second step and one bump that you are on the final step.
CUSTOMERS WITH IMPAIRED HEARING
We have headphones that are available for collection at the Box Office. Certain performances carry subtitles and these are clearly indicated in the programme.
There are plenty of parking spaces next to the cinema. A ramp gives easy access to the entrance.
The toilets, which include a fully accessible separate disabled toilet, are on the ground floor, the same level as the Box Office and kiosk. There is an emergency call-point in the disabled toilet should you need to summon a member of staff.
