Part-Time Duty Manager, Harbour Lights, Southampton

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Duty Manager to run the cinema’s daily operations on specified shifts including managing the building and the staff and taking responsibility for customer care.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the retail, leisure or entertainment sectors. Working knowledge of venue and shift management is key as is working with large teams in a customer service environment. Experience of working as a Projectionist is highly desirable as this role will often cover Projectionist shifts, however willingness to learn is essential. Please note there is a requirement to work 16 hours per week over any of the seven days.
