For Our Pleasure?

Thursday 1 - Wednesday 28 November at Hackney Picturehouse Gallery

For Our Pleasure? is a group photography show taking place in November as part of Photomonth. The private view will take place on Thursday 1 November from 18.30, and there will be a panel discussion on Sunday 18 November between 14.00 and 16.00.

This is a thought-provoking group photography and installation experience examining human interaction with the environment and animals, culminating in a screening event at which the audience willl be able to join a discussion of the issues raised throughout the show.

Through the eyes of four very different photographers, the exhibition looks at the way we humans exploit and interact with animals in the created environment around us.

The exhibition is curated and produced by Alex Grace.
