Greenwich Picturehouse and the Royal Observatory Greenwich present Science Fiction?, a series of entertaining screenings and discussions exploring the facts and fiction behind some of our favourite films.

The next of these thought-provoking events is a showing of THE DAY THE EARTH CAUGHT FIRE, a Cold War-era sci-fi classic. Following this rarely screened gem of British cinema, there will be a discussion led by the astronomers of the Royal Observatory Greenwich.
