This wine is made from Chenin Blanc, which is one of South Africa most widely grown white grapes. It has lovely concentrated flavours of ripe melon, pear and guava with a fresh lime citrus finish. The name “Saam” is Afrikaans for “together”, representing the fact that this wine is made by a co-operative of growers.
