This page explains our facilities for people with disabilities and is intended to assist you in planning your visit.

ADVANCE BOOKING

Advance booking is always a good idea so that our staff can readily provide assistance if required. Telephone booking is available seven days a week from 9.30am to 8.30pm.We will be pleased to reserve seats in any particular part of the auditorium whenever possible, if you contact us in advance.

CUSTOMERS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY
The auditorium is accessible from street level.

We regret that within the confines of this historic cinema there is no space to provide an adapted toilet for the use of customers using wheelchairs. Customers are advised to use facilities nearby at McDonald’s (opposite the cinema.).

There is no parking at the cinema. The nearest disabled parking spaces are at the end of Hill Gate Street (turn next left after the cinema).

VISUALLY IMPAIRED CUSTOMERS
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Alternatively your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance. We will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.

We will provide large print film schedules on request.

DEAF / HARD OF HEARING CUSTOMERS
Foreign-language films are screened with English subtitles and these are clearly indicated in the programme.
