This page explains the current facilities for people with disabilities and is intended to assist you in planning your visit.
ADVANCE BOOKING
Advance booking is always a good idea so that our staff can readily provide assistance if required. Accompanying carers are eligible for a free ticket. We will be pleased to reserve wheelchair spaces or seats in any particular part of the auditorium if this is helpful. Please contact us in advance.
CUSTOMERS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY
The ground-floor entrance to the cinema gives access to the Box Office and toilet, and a ramp provides access to the whole of the lower auditorium and kiosk. The lower auditorium has four wheelchair spaces.
The Box Office, kiosk and café-bar all have adapted counters and accessible levels for transactions.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED CUSTOMERS
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Alternatively your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog.
CUSTOMERS WITH IMPAIRED HEARING
An induction loop system is fitted in the auditorium.
Certain performances carry subtitles and these are clearly indicated in the programme.
TOILETS
There is a spacious and very accessible adapted toilet on the ground floor.
