Cinema Etiquette

Please think about your fellow film viewers when you come to a screening at The Cameo!

In general we think ourselves very lucky to have lovely and considerate audiences at The Cameo. Unfortunately, though, we are having to deal with an increasing number of complaints about people talking during the films and using their mobile phones.

If you are sitting in an auditorium, then presumably you have come to watch a film - everyone else around you certainly has - so leave the commentary (or worse, general gossip!) for the bar afterwards. This is the perfect setting to discuss what you've just seen with your companions.

And PLEASE, when we ask you to turn off your mobile phone, we don't just mean the ringtone. Checking the time or doing anything else that lights up the screen can be just as distracting to fellow customers.

We strive to make The Cameo a haven for film lovers and do not want the experience of the majority to be spoilt by the actions of a few.
